Remember that setting boundaries can come with backlash from the other party and feelings of guilt, even if you realize that boundaries are healthy for you. This is normal, but you shouldn’t back down. Assure your man that you love him. Avoid ultimatums. Instead, point out how boundaries will make you feel secure and improve your relationship.

10. MAKE YOUR PARTNER HAPPY
